Made along CA St. Hyw 37 at the San Pablo Bay National Wildlife Refuge. The geologist in me wants to know why there is that straight port of the channel and why does it change back to a meander near the water (probably a slight change in slope). The photographer in me loves the geometry of the stream, the apparent relief and depth of the terrain, and the tonal range of the image.
