Made during our trip to Washington State. This is a close-up of the spillway at the Tumwater dam at Jolanda lake. I am always interested in creating images that are abstract in form but still reflect the beauty of nature. I enjoy this one for its' color but even more for the textural and geometric contrasts between the spillway and the reflected trees.
